Welcome to tuxedo.org!

Tuxedo.org exists to provide web space for worthy Linux and Open Source projects.

The tuxedo pages are physically hosted on a server co-located at Netaxs in Philadelphia, PA. The server has multiple-T3 connectivity to the backbone via Sprint and AGIS. Space on it has been generously provided by Chuck Peters.

Tuxedo.org hosts the web pages of Eric S. Raymond, which are the home of many Linux and hacker-culture resources, including the home pages for fetchmail, the master terminfo/termcap file, the Jargon File, INTERCAL. These pages also include the How To Become A Hacker FAQ, and many other useful and amusing things.
